What is a ProAm Competition?
A ProAm competition is a unique dance event where an amateur dancer (the “Am”) partners with a professional dancer (the “Pro”) to compete against other ProAm couples. This format allows dancers of all levels to experience the thrill of competition while being guided by an experienced partner.
ProAm competitions are popular in ballroom, Latin, and other dance styles, providing a supportive and exciting environment for personal growth, performance, and achievement. Whether you’re new to dance or looking to refine your skills, competing alongside a professional ensures expert guidance, confidence on the dance floor, and a rewarding experience.
